The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to Clause 208 of the Land Code of Ukraine regarding Terms of Use of Land Plots by the Public Associations of People with Disabilities"

The bill (Reg. No.5120) exempts public associations of people with disabilities, their enterprises, establishment and organizations from the reimbursement of losses in agriculture and forestry if the land plots are used for construction of rehabilitation centres, physical culture and sports facilities or social services institutions.
